National Junior League

 

The Southampton National Junior League was formed 2 years ago and has been a really exciting opportunity for young people from local badminton clubs in the Southampton and Portsmouth areas to meet up and play competitively.   We are really impressed with the commitment and effort shown by all who have been involved and feel this has been a great opportunity for the young people to develop and grow in confidence.  This year we have 6 teams participating and will be playing the matches at the Westgate Badminton Centre on 9th and 23rd February 2020.

Girls Can!!

 

Following receipt of a Club Focus Grant from Badminton England to support

a Girls Group, the money is being used to run specific sessions for girls

at Hamble focussing on building confidence and developing mental skills. 

It has been good to see the girls grow in strength, determination and ability.
